Papua New Guinea is a great choice for people who want to visit kitesurfing beaches which are not overly crowded. This location’s beaches offer consistent winds of 18-25 knots and several kilometers of unspoiled reef breaks ready to be explored. Best conditions are found in late May to November.
Sero Beach is located on a large, shallow lagoon near the town of Port Moresby. Another great kite beach in this area is located on Daugo Island, which is a short (20 minute) speed boat ride from Port Moresby. Be sure to include Milne Bay Province on your list of kitesurfing beaches in Papua New Guinea.
